Our Wines

The high temperature fluctuation means that ripening is slow and even, and it also gives our wines a high phenolic content and good acidity.

Our WHITE WINES are floral and fruity, with white fruits predominating, and they have a fresh natural acidity that balances out well in the mouth.

Our ROSÉ WINES are a bright strawberry colour, aromatic with some sweetness and are unusually long-lasting.

Our RED WINES are full-bodied and an intense and deep red in colour, suggestive of red fruit, strawberries and raspberries. They have a high phenolic content and good acidity, and are very well suited to ageing in oak. The intense colour and the aromas evoke berries and fruits of the forest, with a subtle touch of balsam followed by a long finish.

The BOBAL grape, a variety indigenous to Utiel Requena, accounts for 80% of the wine we produce.

We also produce and sell wine made from other varieties grown in the region, such as:

Red grapes: Garnacha, Garnacha Tintorera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.

The white grapes include the indigenous variety Tardana, also known as Plantanova, as well as: Merseguera, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Parellada, Verdejo and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains.
